    Very poor product knowledge & condescending! I caflled to address specific client concern about product yellowing over time. We are choosing a counter top for her large kitchen The woman I was transferred to told me to consult the web site. She didn't know how long this product has been manufactured or the most reported issues - if any. She put my call on hold three times and I was ultimately "disconnected". This product is often more expensive than natural stone - my reason for calling the manufacturer. This was a remarkably rude call and a very poor representation for a product I was researching for a client .
