  Been a customer here for literally years, probably around 5 to be exact. Well 2 days ago I bought a tablet for my kiddos. The guy who sold it to me told me that we could hook up any keyboard to it and that they ran around $30. I really didn't know and I trusted him since he said he had done it before. It was a gift for my kids for Valentine's and I was all excited to give it to them. I went out and bought the keyboard got home and it won't work. I took the tablet back and the same guy says sorry sold as is. It won't hook up to any keyboard something is the problem with the tablet now I am out $80. Other locations allow 7 day returns but not this one. Buyer beware.

  Was visiting store today as I have in the passed, always been able to come in and find great deal. Today was not so good, visited at about 1130a in search of a MacBook. Sales person was great young man that did his best to assist, now the Lead Sales person in charge was not so good she was extremely rude. She has no business being in customer service much less responsible for leading a sales team. I simply asked if they good make a better deal then whatbwas posted, her response was unprofessional,
