  Chinese style Buffet and Mongolian Grill (included with buffet) also includes Seafood favorites such as baked salmon and fried shrimp which both tend to be very good here. They now have sushi as well, although I have not tried it. Traditional Chinese fare ranges from good to adequate, I recommend sampling around and finding what you like. The orange chicken is usually quite good. Their "Chinese beef stew" is usually very good and uses tender cuts of beef with veggies in a mild curry broth. For desserts they have a flat-pan version of apple pie that is tasty and peach cobbler that is better than I've had in some home-style restaurants! Desserts also include: fresh fruit, soft-serve cones, cookies and cakes, of which the new bundt cake choices are especially good. Service is usually good and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. One drawback to mention for those who use chopsticks: this restaurant provides thin little chopsticks such as one might expect to find at a storefront Chinese take-out. For me, using chopsticks is part of the Oriental dining experience, so I find this a bit disappointing. To leave it on a positive note, East Buffet has excellent, well-maintained restrooms. Always a major "Plus" at any establishment.
