  Ask for Thomas Duncan! He was straight forward and easy to work with! Rick was able to haggle a good deal w. The banks for us! We'd reccommend this place to anyone looking for the best deal AND service!!

  VERIFY THE FEATURES!! Salesman, Lou, was great! Very nice and knowledgeable - made me feel comfortable. My issues - Extremely disappointed that MANY of the features they listed on their website for the vehicle are not actually on the vehicle!! Unfortunately I didn't think to verify until it was too late. Auto headlights, blind spot monitor, Bluetooth, rear-view camera, and several others. All listed - none on the car. Also, during the financing they didn't tell me the trade in value for my car and didn't give me the option to choose an extended warranty and gap insurance before they prepared the contract. They just added what they wanted. Manager came to me with three payment options written on a piece of paper and had me select which one I wanted and only briefly explained what was added when I asked about the amounts. Wasn't given any specifics until everything was ready to sign. So if you decide to shop here just verify the features to make sure you're getting the car you think you are and if needed be pushy to have a say in what you're paying for!!
