  I live 30 min away and i had a speeding ticket in Irving. I finish my defensive driving and showed the certificate to the lady. I didn't show my driving record in which the same lady I went up to the week before never mentioned me bringing that. So a week after I showed my online certification, I showed my driving record and they said they can't have one without the other and questioned if I even brought my online certification. I told them the lady I showed it too that was in the next window and she acted oblivious to the whole scene. I should of had my online course certificate with me just in case but I was told to just bring my driving record. I went there 5x to get my stuff resolved and every time I went something I wasn't told on my last visit to bring to my next one, I had to go online and print off. This was an absolute joke and I drove so much because of this
