  Here is what I have observed during my 1 year stay in this community. Because of the poor maintenance & extreme lazy responses, I would have left in few months only but because of my agreement, I had to complete here 12 months. I do not recommend to any of known friends/relatives to move to this community because of poor management. Here is what I have found :-
  
  Maintenance - very poor
  If you lodge a complaint for any issue in your apartment, no one will pay attention until that problem becomes terrible and you start follow ups to management.
  Eventually the same service guy will appear with less work and more scientific suggestion to disregards the problem. He gives you many justification to convince you that the problem you facing, is not really a problem. But if you win to convince him the problem, then he will give other excuse in delaying to fix that problem. OH my God ! They think tenants are stupid !
  
  First time when rented apartment, we noticed there were many tears and wears and poor appliances. They had assured to fix those before we move into the apartment. However, nothing was fixed when we moved into. We felt as cheated. While contacted management about those problems - they assured us that we will not be charged for those existing tears and damages at the end of agreement, when we leave it. But after one year, when we were leaving this community, the staffs were new and they denied for any existing tears & damage. They charged money to us for those tears which were there for years. It was complete exploitation !!
  BE AWARE - IF YOU RENT APARTMENT HERE, MAKE SURE YOU RECORD EVERYTHING.
  
  CC Camera: This community does not have any CC camera.
  
  Gym: Trade mill are broken, Rowing machine broken since ever. I never saw a wiper or cleaner in gym. Therefore, we stopped going into gym.Though gym is attached to the management office, still they turn blind to these facilities.
  
  Swimming pool: dirty. Management says they have only two service guy, who are always busy with emergency services in community.
