- Les LeOct 19, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I guess all the dealers are the same for what I have experienced in the last couple week of searching for a new SUV. Most important of their challenging is to improve on customer relations. Too many dealers like big corporations are heading down south due to bad customer relation. Too often they are too busy with the numbers before the customers until it is too late.
Despite the sale associates have wasted my time here at Toyota of Irving twice, which I told them that I would not come back.
I am very happy with Mrs. Vivian Ly, the sales manager at Toyota of Irving, for her utmost professional and straightforward to my need. I am recommending all who come to Toyota of Irving; please ask for Mrs. Vivian Ly. Thank you, ma'am.
