  If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
  Sunday morning I brought in my cat to see the veterinarian because he ate the string from a toy. He was making distressed meows, and anytime I would press on his lower abdomen, he would meow in pain. He was seen by Dr. Martinez who I swear only cares about money than the pets. After I paid $300 for x rays she told me that the string was in his stomach and going into his lower intestines and that “there is a 50/50 chance he will make it till Monday if you choose to wait”. I asked her if there was any chance he would be able to pass it on his own and she said “Absolutely not”. I asked if I could talk to one of the vet techs (who told me that they are very overpriced and was very genuine and comforting after I heard the news) and Dr. Martinez replied with “She doesn’t know anything, she’s only a Vet Tech.” and again proceeded to tell me that he needs this surgery. At this point I was furious because she was rude to me the entire morning. I went to a clinic my family has been going to for years and the vet there told me that he might be able to pass it but it is a risk. I decided to go ahead with the surgery which was a fifth of the price that VCA quoted. Turns out that when they opened up my cat, he had already passed it to his colon and no other surgery was needed and they closed him back up. She showed me the x rays they took, and the string was in his colon and told me he would be able to pass it naturally within the next few days.
  
  TLTR: They only care about your money and will lie to your face, and take advantage of how worried you are just to make a couple thousands. DO NOT GO HERE.
